Overcoming obstacles

I Think that is important to know the institutions and external factors about disability so I wrote about that and hope that this information help you! The disability is a deficiency physical, mental or sensorial, is not a sickness like many people think. Around that this exists many factors and aspects that are important for example the institution that try help this people. In Costa Rica exists institutions that try defend the rights of this especial persons and promote the equality they are : The ICODER is an institution the promote sports and have a primary purpose is the promotion, support and encouragement of individual and collective practice of sports of the inhabitants. They have an opportunities festivals programs created for persons with disabilities. The CIMAD’S is an institution that defend human rights of the disabled. The principal purpose is that the institutions make the necessary changes and adjustments to make their services accessible to everyone. This institution are very important in the support for the families that have a person disabled. But is important ask ¿ What happen with the people that work in this institutions? The answer for this question is difficult to know if you don’t do that something like this, but is clear that is very difficult because needs strong values like a tolerance and respect. Also knows and practice the vision and mission of the institution. In other hand I think what happen with the parents of the person disabled? This situation maybe is very very hard. And the support is difficult to do when I worried or feels much paint about the parent that have this. The best support for they is the encourage, the love and the pacience and specially not discriminatory to treat them.
